This transaction represents the company's first significant move since rebranding.

Originally founded by Michael Saylor in 1989, the company has established itself as a leader in Bitcoin investment. On average, the bitcoins were acquired at a cost of $65,033 per unit, showcasing its long-term strategy for asset accumulation in the cryptocurrency market.

Claiming the title of the world's first and largest Bitcoin treasury company, Strategy has ambitious plans ahead. The firm aims to raise $42 billion over the next three years, which will be dedicated to acquiring even more Bitcoins. This aligns with its stated 21/21 plan, underlining its commitment to building a substantial Bitcoin reserve.
